1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NusantaraGo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by operator and route. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information. Refund processing times may take up to 14 business days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before departure. Valid identification is required for check-in. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
5. Liability
NusantaraGo acts as an agent for boat operators and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by the operators. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
